>>>>> OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR DSCLOCK PROGRAM (Sep86) <<<<< 1. To set the MS-DOS Date and Time, type DSCLOCK [RETURN]. 2. To set the SmartWatch, type DSCLOCK MM DD YY hh mm ss [RETURN]. Supply two digits each for Month (MM), Date (DD), Year (YY), Hours (hh), Minutes (mm), and Seconds (ss). Leading zeroes are required. Enter the time in 24-hour format (i.e., after Noon, add 12 hours). Enter the time a few seconds ahead. The program will pause and wait for the [RETURN] key to be hit before actually setting the SmartWatch. This will allow the SmartWatch to be synchronized to an external time standard. Non-digits are ignored. No separators are required. The following are valid entries: 02/04/86 09:15:30 or 02 04 86 09 15 30 or 020486091530 3. To adjust for Daylight Savings Time, type DSCLOCK DST [RETURN]. If the current date is before July 1st, one hour will be added to the time. Otherwise, one hour will be subtracted. The change will not carry over to the Date so use the "Spring" command before 2300 hours and the "Fall" command after 0100 hours.
